Refund Policy for GCSE, IGCSE, and A-Level Exams
--Before the First Deadline: Candidates are eligible for a refund before the first deadline, subject to an administrative charge.The administrative charge is based on the number of papers within the subject.Example: For GCSE Maths, which includes three papers, a £30 fee per paper will be deducted, totaling £90.The remaining balance will be refunded to the candidate.
-- After the First Deadline: - No refunds will be issued after the first deadline, regardless of personal circumstances.
--Before the First Deadline: -We charge £20 per subject if the candidate withdraws their request and we are not the entry board.
Refund Policy for ACCA, Functional Skills, and AAT Exams
-- Before Confirmation: - Candidates are eligible for a refund before receiving confirmation of their exam booking, subject to a £30 administrative charge. The remaining balance will be refunded to the candidate.
-- After Confirmation: - No refunds will be issued once the exam booking confirmation has been sent to the candidate.
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling Fee:
- A rescheduling fee of £30 will be charged for all(AAT,ACCA,Functional Skills) rescheduling requests.
Rescheduling is subject to the approval of the respective exam board.
ACCA Exams: Candidates are allowed to reschedule only once. No further rescheduling is
allowed after the first reschedule.
Functional Skills and AAT Exams: These exams can be rescheduled multiple times, subject to
availability and approval.
- Rescheduling Fee for Mock Exam: - A rescheduling fee of £20 /per paper will be charged for Ucas Mock and Others Mock.
- Withdraw Fee for Mock Exam: A withdrawal fee of £20 per paper will be charged for UCAS Mock and other mock exams.
Others Charge
- Individual Task Fee: - Any individual task, such as sending a university email or an email to another center, will cost £30.
- Letter Issued Fee: - Any letter issued will incur a £50 charge.
Confirmation of Booking
Confirmation:Once the exam booking is confirmed and the candidate receives an email confirmation, the booking is final and non-refundable.
